The scoping process for the ACF River Basin has been reopened! A
Federal Register Notice of Intent was published on October 12, 2012 to
reopen the scoping period to account for a
June 28, 2011 Decision of the United
States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit which concluded that water
supply is an authorized purpose for Lake Lanier.
Submit your
contact information and comments below by January 14, 2013 to be considered in
the updated scoping report.
